New Prompt: Do You Keep A Journal?

Good evening all! I apologize for the lack of updates these past few days. I know I said I was going to have new prompts since Wednesday, but I had an essay to write and studying to do. So today’s new prompt is simple. Do you keep a journal? Keeping a journal can help improve your writing. It also helps organize your thoughts and clear your mind. A journal usually don’t have a clear goal. I want you to write a few paragraphs on these questions. Do you already have a journal, if no, would you keep a journal. What do you write in your journal? Why did you start having a journal and would you recommend it to other people?

Good morning followers!

I’m truly sorry for the lack of posting. School has really taken up a lot of my time. I’ve been focusing on other things as well, but I haven’t forgotten this blog or all of you. This coming Wednesday to Friday I’m going to be off from school because of Rosh Hashanah. I may have new posts from that time to next Sunday. I won’t be completely active on those days because I have an essay to write plus two tests to study, and a job fair I need to prep for the following Wednesday. I will make time to squeeze in posts, so no worries there.

The weekend is almost over, so tell me how has your writing been going lately? Have you found any of the prompts and reference books I’ve linked helpful? Let me know in the comments. I will have a new prompt up and ready in a moment. Have a good day!

Response to The Daily Post’s Prompt: “Nightmare Job”

One job I wouldn’t want to work at is a coal mine. With all the bad things about working at a coal mine, I wouldn’t work there for $15.00 an hour. I used to have asthma and if I still had it, it would have been bad for me. i don’t see how coal miners could work in a mine knowing they may or will receive health problems. The possibility of the mine collapsing while working there always instills fear in me. It just wouldn’t be a job for me even if it was a temporary job.

Original Prompt: Which season do you think the Horror genre works well with?

Horror doesn’t discriminate. A horror scenario can happen at any time, any day, any week, any month and any year. However we all know that October is Halloween month. It’s the so called “Horror Month”. With that said, which season does the Horror genre works well? Is it Spring, Summer, Fall or Winter?

Happy Labor Day!

Good day everyone! I apologize for the lack of posts since Thursday. I know I was supposed to have some posts for Friday up until today, but when you have assignments and studying, relaxation can make you forget. So again I’m sorry for no posts. I did say I was going to have a post for Labor Day. How is your holiday weekend going? I will reblog The Daily Post’s prompt for the day and have an original one for today. Posts will be made this Friday if I don’t have anything interfering my schedule. I hope you enjoy the rest of your day and your week.
